Ryan’s insurance career began while attending college, working part-time and summers for the agency. Every person and business has a story and Ryan enjoys learning about them. Baseball has always been a big part of Ryan’s life. After graduation from college he coached at Shorecrest High School while continuing his insurance career. A graduate of the University of New Orleans, he learned how good insurance planning can help, as many of his friends and teammates had to recover from Hurricane Katrina. Along with his wife, Jen, Ryan is active in the local Cystic Fibrosis Guild.
A graduate of the University of Washington Jeff began his insurance career in 1969. Beginning with Hurricane Katrina he began working with FEMA and the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). While with FEMA he was the Flood Insurance Specialist for Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska and served as the Senior Lender Compliance Officer at FEMA headquarters in Washington, D.C. where he was the liaison between FEMA/NFIP and the banking regulators. During this time he also became a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM). Jeff is recognized as one of the top flood insurance experts in the country.
